Meet Dawanna Brown

Dawanna Brown was born and raised on a small farm in Gray's Creek, NC. She comes from a background of 20 years in logstics, 5 years in Revenue Center Accounting Management along with 5 years in supportive roles in the Construction industry. Combined, the skills learned in those fields have proven to be assets when working with her real estate clients. Dawanna attended Fayetteville Technical Community College where she obtained an Associate Degree in General Education and Kaplan University where she earned a B.S. in HealthCare Administration. As a serial entrepreneur her skills in administrative capacities have given her a unique insight into how to negotiate and protect clients, identify their unique needs, locate the best deals, and market properties in ways to ensure their individual success. Her qualities make her uniquely suited to serve both real estate buyers and sellers successfully. Dawanna entered the Real Estate world as a desire to fulfill her childhood dream, merging her love for homes and meeting the needs of those in her community while being her own boss and providing stability for her family. The most appreciated perk of her career would definitely be the diversity and exposure she gets as she meets new people and helps them to achieve their homeownership goals. When she is not working, she enjoys being immersed in nature, gardening, traveling, reading, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
